We’ll handle your incoming enquiries and pre qualify all leads to ensure suitability. Once vetted by our enquiry management team, your account manager will send across a Your Place Profile Pack for you to approve.

If desired, the team will be more than happy to organise and conduct viewings with prospective renters. Any offers made on the property will be negotiated on your behalf by your account manager.

After an offer has been accepted, our tenancy agreement team will secure the let. This includes full tenant referencing, deposit registration, and third-party tenancy services. We’ll handle and collect the rent so there’s nothing more for you to do.

Our team will organise and attend the tenant check in and check out. We’ll be the first port of call for any of your tenants concerns or queries. Your account manager will negotiate the rental price and administer contract renewals at the end of a tenancy.

Our team are available 24/7 to make sure any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. We’ll arrange quotes for any maintenance work from our reliable team of vetted contractors. Once you've approved them, we’ll organise and supervise the works for you.

Our team will ensure your legal requirements are kept up-to-date and stored safely. In the rare case of problem tenancies, we’ll provide you with guidance and handle any deposit disputes. We’ll also protect your property by providing inspections biannually.

Tenant Finder - 4% of annual tenancy cost, or 8% if viewing conducted.

Property Management - 7.5% of monthly rental price.

Everything Covered - 8% of annual tenancy cost + 7.5% of monthly rental price.
