Looking for a woman aged 22-30 to take my place in a house share in Harborne. Ideal for someone studying or working locally, with three friendly female housemates aged 22-28 - it would be preferable for everyone to meet before moving in. The house is in a lovely quiet area, right next to the high street with plenty of shops and restaurants, and is a 10 minute bus from the city centre. It has a driveway and free on-street parking. There is a communal living room and kitchen, both well-furnished. There is a shared bathroom between three of the bedrooms (this one included). Additionally, the house has a lovely garden.
This is a minimum 2 month stay starting 01/07/25, as the contract ends at the end of August, however there is the option to stay for the following year (Sept 25-Sept 26). The property is council tax band D. Council tax and bills (gas and electric, broadband) are not included in the rent.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, full-length mirror, bedside table and built-in shelving. It is a beautiful old house with lots of character, and this applies to the room. The room feels very private, as it is situated at the back of the house, and the window looks out onto the garden. There are two other rooms on the same floor (1st floor), all of which share one bathroom, which has a bathtub and shower.
