Hello! We're looking for a new housemate to join us in our peaceful 3-bed home in Horfield from mid-June onwards. The available room is a double with a built-in wardrobe and its own ensuite shower.
We're in a great location for UWE students—about a 30-minute walk or a 15-minute bus ride away. Within 5 minutes’ walk you'll find supermarkets (Tesco, Co-op, Nisa), pharmacies (Well, Day Lewis), and a variety of takeaways (Chinese, fish and chips, kebabs). The bus stop for the city centre is just around the corner.
If you drive, there are two parking spaces for the house—one at the front and one behind, in front of the garage. We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.
The area is quiet and residential, with nearby green spaces like Stoke Park Estate. It's much more peaceful at night than the city centre or Gloucester Road.
We're a calm, tidy household and are ideally looking for a female student or young professional. Rent is £750/month (bills not included).
We're graduating in August, so students and professionals are both welcome.
