We have a nice, quiet back garden area, and the front path leads out into a large park, creating a tranquil diversion from the busyness of the city, we have great transport links into the city via the means of 2 local tube lines & 1 local overground line. so making it anywhere in town is really simple.

The room itself is quiet, peaceful and displays some amazing sunsets in the summer months, it's furnished, and comes with a television. We have a shared living room, functional kitchen with a washing machine, large fridge/freezer, cheese toastie maker, rice cooker, smoothie blender etc.
I have a pet cat, she's calm, gentle and also curious, and tends to warm to people after getting to know them.
The neighbours are all pretty chill too
