This large, spacious three storey town house was renovated in March 2019 and is perfect for accommodating working professionals. Bolton Lane is a quiet residential area situated right next to the popular Christchurch Park, meaning it is very central. The main Ipswich Bus Station, which connects bus links all over Ipswich, and Sailmakers Shopping Centre are just down the road. Because of this central location, the house does not have parking directly outside the property, but it does offer parking permits a short walk up the hill for two tenants. There is also a non-restricted parking area about a 5 minute walk from the property which is ideal for guests. The house has a total of six bedrooms with each room being fully furnished with a double bed (with the exception of bedroom 3 which offers a super king size bed), wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a TV point in each room, accessible wireless internet throughout the house and a lock on every bedroom door. The two largest rooms are number 3 and 5. Bedrooms 1,4 and 6 are medium doubles and offer enough space to add additional furniture, such as a desk. Bedroom 2 is the smallest room but is still classed as a large, spacious double room. The property is bursting with character and some of the bedrooms offer period features such as a fireplace, which sadly cannot be used but is aesthetically pleasing!
