Looking for a friendly girl to join a 2-bed in Islington, £1190/month per room Property reference "#0126807"

Hi there! This is a 60m2 two-bedroom (1 shared bathroom) flat conveniently located in Islington:
- 5min walk to Highbury & islington station (overground and Victoria lines)
- 15min to Caledonian road tube station (Piccadilly)
- 5 min walk to Caledonian overground station

The apartment is on the 3rd floor facing on one side a quiet road (with nice pubs and cafes 2min down the road) and a garden on the other side (bedrooms’ side).

We are two friends (French and Italian - we both moved to London over 5 years ago now to go to uni) & have been flatmates for 3 years. I am now moving for 6-8months to Sweden for work, so I am looking for a friendly girl to take over my room in the meantime - my flatmate is doing her masters at UCL.

The flat is spacious and nicely furnished (with a kitchen table and a big table in the living room, so easy to work from home if needed)- my room is the smaller of the two - the layout is a bit tricky to understand from the pictures, but I have the huge closet in the living room to myself and a desk (that goes with the colourful chair as shown on the picture) which can be built up if needed! The metal bars in the room are to hang clothes. The mattress is brand new from when we moved in (in October 2024).

Islington council tax (c.140 per month for the flat so 70 each)

No smoker or big party character (we don’t have the freshers energy anymore oops), but we love a good board game, cooking, painting and are big big on sports :) Don’t hesitate to reach out for more info !
