The double room is bright and open, with ample space for a desk/yoga mat etc. and a wardrobe.
The house itself has a shared living room/diner, separate bath and toilet and spacious garden with seating. Extra points if you're into plants/ gardening, or willing to give it a try!
The house is in a great location just around the corner from Caledonian & Barnsbury overground,
10min walk to Piccadilly line and close to the shops and amenities of Upper Street and Kings Cross. There is also space for bike storage in the garden.
You'll be sharing with two friendly and considerate professional female housemates.
Looking for a two month sublet starting the 1st of July. This will be only 1050 up until 1st of September. if you are looking for a long term plan, you will then sign a 12 month contract (cost will be 1138£) A second room is available as my flatmate might move too, so could be an option if you are moving with a friend.
You will be signing a 1-year contract starting on 1st of September 2025 if you are interested. Move-in date is flexible, Bills come at around £120 max. References required
