I’m looking for someone to move into the second bedroom of my flat as my current housemate is moving out. The flat is fully furnished, but if you’ve got some cool pieces feel free to bring them along :)

The bedroom can come either furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you need.

A bright, good-sized double bedroom with its own private en-suite. We also have a great balcony space — perfect for catching some sun or winding down with an evening drink.

A bit about me: I like living in a clean space and i am considerate of the people I live with — I want to enjoy my home, not just live in it. I work in HR and I’m in the office two days a week. Outside of work, I’m into basketball, video games, and movies. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who’s also up for hanging out sometimes — think beer gardens, brunches, dinners, and movie nights.

Building company gives us a discount for GYMBOX in elephant and castle, so a gym buddy would be cool too!

You’ll be living in a lively area with loads of great pubs, restaurants, and nightlife nearby. We have excellent transport links — close to the overground for easy access to Canada Water, and just a short bus ride to Elephant & Castle for the Northern and Bakerloo lines.

We have a cleaner who comes once a week, and bills come to around £200/month (including WiFi, energy, council tax, etc.). The current lease runs until October, with the option to renew for another year if it’s a good fit.

Viewings are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and early mornings on weekends.
