Really nice 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette with a small garden. The property includes a large living room, kitchen, shower room and seperate toilet. Its 5mins walk from Holloway Rd Underground station, 15 mins from Highbury and Islington, and just off Holloway high road. There are loads of shops, pubs and parks nearby and neighbours are very friendly with many being families or other young people.
The property has a tv in the cosy and comfortable living room, with space for working from home. The kitchen is newly fitted with a washer/dryer and dishwasher and filled with kitchenware. The property is home to me so I look after it very well and I'm looking to rent out the spare bedroom which is a really good size to someone who is also clean and tidy and would be a good housemate.
I haven't included cost of bills and would be happy to discuss this and work out together.
