Looking for a place to call home? Well, we’ve got a room going in our 3-bed flat in Bow, available late March. Let’s be honest, it’s not enormous, but there’s space for the essentials: a bed, a small desk, a chest of drawers/wardrobe, and there are additional wardrobes in the corridor.The flat has a shared living room, a separate kitchen, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. We also have a terrace for summer barbecues where we grow (or at least try to grow) vegetables and tan in the occasional British ray of sunshine. Not a party house, but the occasional impromptu living-room DJ set does happen, and we do like hosting dinners and such every so often. We both wfh twice a week.
We've furnished the home ourselves and are looking for someone who wants to make it their home too.
Rent is £890 per month plus bills of approx. £130 per month, which includes a cleaner who comes twice a month.
We're looking for someone in their late 20s to 30s who is tidy (i.e., doesn’t leave passive-aggressive notes about the washing-up, because the washing-up is already done).
