Available from 28th November, i am moving out and am looking for a female replacement tenant for my room.
You’d be sharing with one friendly and tidy full time female NHS professional. She is only looking for a like minded female professional around the same age (25-35) who preferably does not smoke.
The room is furnished and includes a bed, wardrobe, mirror, set of drawers and a desk - perfect for hybrid workers.
Rent is £375 and paid on 28th of each month. Bills are NOT included however they average £175 per person. Council tax = Band B. The tenancy agreement is joint.
The flat also includes a recently refurbished bathroom, spacious living room and a kitchen with all modern appliances (including a washing machine and dryer).
The area is quiet, green and well connected. You’d be a 10 minute walk from the Freeman Hospital (ideal for hospital staff). Metro stations (South Gosforth, Longbenton) and bus stops are within a short walking distance and allow for fast and reliable access into the city centre and beyond.
