We’re a laid-back, multicultural crew who believe in creating a chilled, inviting space. We’ve got stories to share, a gorgeous kitchen to cook in, and a pet-friendly vibe to make you (and your furry friends) feel right at home. If you're after more than just a place to crash, this could be the spot for you.

The Room & House: You’ll have a spacious double room with loads of privacy in a new-built home. Contemporary design, spacious and sleek kitchen for those who love to cook, and unwinding. Bonus: A private garden for your morning coffee or evening chill sessions. While we’re pet-friendly, there aren’t any pets in the house right now, so if you’re not an animal person, no worries! Though, our honorary resident Pâtisson (a charming golden chinchilla cat) is featured in the house’s vibe—check out his photo! He's now based abroad :-(

Location: Located in Stratford, Zone 2, with top transport links: Elizabeth, Jubilee, Central lines, Overground, and DLR 10-12 min walk. Multiple buses nearby too, and a 15-minute ride to Liverpool Street. Westfield, Olympic Park, and all the best spots are right around the corner.

House Culture: We keep things relaxed, friendly, and most importantly, clean. We’re all about a good balance—keeping the vibe chill but respecting shared spaces. Cleanliness matters to us, and we hope it does to you too (without getting obsessive, of course).

Rent: £1150/month all-inclusive for a 6 month stay (higher charge for shorter term lets), with the option to renew for a further six months. A reasonable deposit required - 1 month rent equivalent that will be refunded immediately after your stay is complete.
